Bleed Rings

Bleed Rings are an easy and effective way to access in-line flow and can be used to take samples, drain piping, and install valves and various instruments. They can also reduce or dispose of pressure before removing a flange through the use of valves or blind flanges. One of the most common applications are their use as an alternative to orifice flanges. This is because they are faster to fabricate, easier to install, and more cost-effective.

Typical industry standard is 1-1/2” thick and drilled/tapped with a radial NPT or machined for a socket weld prep at any size (may effect thickness) and material grade of your preference. Bleed rings can have a serrated, smooth, or RTJ finish depending on the desired application; and each one is manufactured to the customers specifications for purchase only.

Orifice Paddles

Orifice Paddles are manufactured for purchase only based on client provided detail/data sheets.

Most common types are fabricated with a serrated finish and a beveled or square edge concentric bore machined precisely as engineered; and our CNC engraving system can accurately place all required information on the handle.

Blind Flange Racks

Our racks are hot-dip galvanized and an A-frame style with three staggered rows on each side, with a swinging lockable arm on each.

They’re fabricated with slide plates at the base for easy fork-lift maneuvering and also have lifting lugs on the upper portion ideal for crane lifts transporting into more confined spaces.

The racks accommodate our paddle blinds weighing less than 50 lbs. that have a hook-handle and are ideal for safe storage and transport to jobsite while tremendously cutting back on the potential for lost or unaccounted for items.
